Image and Child Safeguarding
How KJVF approaches photographs, children's information and safe participation.
Photographs and video
- We publish identifiable photographs of participants, and especially children, only with appropriate consent. For school programmes, the institution is responsible for obtaining parent or guardian consent where required.
- We do not publish children's full names, school details alongside photographs, or other personal information.
- If you want an image of yourself or your child removed, email us and we will remove it promptly.
- Participants must not photograph other people in a way that causes distress, and must not disturb wildlife for a photograph.
Safe participation
- Programmes with students need appropriate adult supervision provided by the institution.
- Younger students and students with accessibility needs are accommodated with suitable arrangements.
- Participants follow venue rules, approved routes, and the directions of qualified professionals and authorised site staff.
- Students never handle wild animals, administer treatment or perform rescues.
