Join as a nature volunteer

We organise nature-based and environmental education activities across Jaipur and welcome responsible citizens and nature enthusiasts who want to contribute, learn and enjoy themselves along the way. No special expertise is required: just an interest in nature, a willingness to take part and a responsible attitude.

What you can be part of

• Nature and biodiversity walks with school and college students.
• Interactive school programmes on ecology, ecosystems, flora and fauna.
• Nature games, quizzes, painting competitions and seed-ball activities, where appropriate and permitted.
• Plantation, ecological restoration and public awareness events.

Volunteers help coordinate activities, talk with students and keep each event engaging and enjoyable. We mainly need volunteers who can be present in person in Jaipur. If you can help online, you are welcome to join too.

How to register

1. Fill in the volunteer registration form. Everyone who wants to volunteer should complete it.
2. Then join the WhatsApp volunteer group, where activities and requests for help are shared.

The registration form is a Google Form, so your answers are handled by Google as well as by us. See the privacy policy. Joining the group is not the same as being accepted for a particular activity; places depend on the programme and safety requirements.

What we expect from volunteers

• Respect wildlife and natural habitats.
• Follow coordinators' safety instructions.
• Communicate responsibly.
• Respect participants and other volunteers.
• Protect private information.
• Avoid misrepresenting the Foundation or its activities.
• Obtain permission before representing KJVF publicly.
• Follow child-safeguarding and event requirements.
